Linda brings extensive operational healthcare experience to the team, having risen through the ranks from hospital management, eventually holding posts at Regional Director, Director of Communications and Director of Operations. A former statutory Company Director and Chief Operating Offer, she has held senior posts in both private acute hospital groups as well as those with specialist adult mental health provision. Working with both Global and European healthcare operators, in the UK Linda has also worked closely with the NHS in public sector treatment centres, managing national public contracts and with NHS England for secure mental health provision. For social care, Linda has experience of working with Local Authorities in England and Scotland. With over 25 years’ experience Linda is able to offer exceptional insight into the needs of our clients.
James joined Carter Schwartz in 2016 and has proven experience in Research and Candidate Management. Previously, he has spent 3 years as a Researcher for a boutique executive search firm in Bristol before establishing a delivery function for a leading specialist staffing group. He works closely with the Consultants to understand the types of people required, before using his extensive networking and research capabilities in order to find the most talented & sought-after individuals that the market has to offer.
